Mission

The Mission of The NBWerk organization is to inspire an overcoming mentality. we do this by developing classes, courses, events, and camps used to empower youth. Our staff will educate, mentor, train, and be a guide to youth as they grow into their leadership responsibilities. 

Vision

The NBWerk organization is a resource used by Teams, Schools, and Communities to develop Integrity, Discipline, Courage, Confidence, and Charity in youth. 

As an outcome, our participants: 

  • Are well informed of the power within. 

  • Take responsibility and ownership of their environment. 

  • Utilize the recourses available to bring positive change to their area. 

  • Build Courage, Confidence, and a heart for Charity. 

  • Gain tools to help in adversity. 

  • Have peers that are driven toward making positive change.

Werk Camp 2023

2023 Werk Camp was a successful Event. We got to teach the game to the youth but more importantly teach resilience. The difficulties that came with a full day of camp was great for Training adversity skills. We wanted everyone to have a sense of hope no matter what they face. To believe that they can get through hard things. Werk camp like all of our events are about developing strong minds. Thanks yo everyone who joined and help make this event possible! Can’t wait for the next event and to continue to grow out Werk community!

Hear the NBWerk message from Akeem. He tells about the obsticals he has faced and ways he overcame them. Akeem is passionate about developing the mind as well as giving tips for preparing your body for competition. Teams, schools, and college groups have all experienced Akeems message as he is motivated to share it with as many as possible. Pricing will vary based on time and travel. Groups will leave feeling motivated and empowered to reach their full potential. #NBWerk
